We humans have used stories to preserve and change culture, to transfer skills and to inspire people to dream big for centuries, even millennia. Yet today most change initiatives fail exactly because we ignore culture, experience and do not have a clear vision and focus on tools and processes instead.

In this course we will dive into Storytelling as a tool to help change initiatives. We will practise value stories to shape the organizational culture and with teaching and vision stories to help you create lasting change.

Steve Denning's 'Squirrel, Inc.' and 'Leader's Guide to Radical Management' are both recommended readings.
