Certified ScrumMaster/Advanced

For Advanced Scrum Users

As an experienced ScrumMaster, Product Owner, Agile Coach or Manager in an Agile Enterprise, you have started working with Scrum, read one or more of the books and have some understanding of Scrum. Maybe you feel some of the pieces of the puzzle are missing? Or are you working within a Scrum Team, but have the feeling you are not making any progress? Even if you already are a Certified ScrumMaster, you are looking for answers to hard questions.

How do you scale Scrum? How do you deal with organizational impediments and team dysfunctions? How do you improve the quality of engineering?

Two experienced trainers/coaches from DasScrumTeam review the essentials of Scrum and address topics identified and prioritized by you, the participants. Learn how experienced ScrumMasters and Coaches deal with difficult situations! Get ready to take your team or your organization to the next level. So bring your list of questions which the books just didn't answer!

After taking this course, you should:
  • Have solidified your understanding of Scrum and Agile Development
  • Learned how to apply Scrum to complex situations
  • Have many ideas on how to improve the development process in your organization.
With two sometimes conflicting perspectives from experienced Scrum Masters, you should sharpen your understanding, increase your experience and improve your judgment in applying Scrum. And of course, you qualify to become a Scrum Alliance Certified ScrumMaster (online test required) or your membership is extended if you already are a CSM.
