Certified ScrumMaster/Jumpstart

Jumpstart your Scrum Team!

Do you want to get started with Scrum? Does your team need hands on experience before starting a "real" project? Do need to convince a skeptic that Scrum is the way to go?

As Line Manager, Project Manager, Developer, Tester, Product Manager, Business Analyst or Consultant, you have heard about the advantages of Scrum. Maybe you are skeptical about the claims and hype around Scrum and Agile software development and want to find out more. Maybe you have decided to take the plunge and start your first agile project. Maybe you have started doing Scrum, but it's not working as expected. You want to get better at executing projects. You want to find out more.

How does Scrum Work? How is agile development different than the classical approach? How do you get started? How do you estimate work? How do you plan a Sprint? What changes can you expect when you do Scrum? This course provides you with the answers to your questions and gives you an intense, hands-on look at Scrum, so you know how to move forwards.
